Portfolio
Parts of this portfolio is still hosted at http://www.crazybeavers.se/ but has been moved to the blog to make it easier to maintain.
Någonting Större is a newly founded christian festival/conference taking place in April 2011 in Vännäs, Sweden (where I live). I’m not directly involved in the project but I feel that it is a great idea and lended them my skills to help them get a good website going. The site was designed by Josef Tegnér but all html, css, javascript and the backend (an evolved BeaverManagementSystem renamed BeaverSite) was made solely by me.

Being a hobby photographer and a web developer made it inevitable for me to create an online photo album of some sort. This started out with Imager Gallery a few (about 11) years ago which has since then evolved several versions and is now called Imager Gallery.Net MVC Edition. The current version is always hosted at my site Kallesbildarkiv (Karls Image Archive but in Swedish) for my own use and as a sample of how the gallery works.

This site was built for a friend who just started his own “Handy man”-service. Design and code by me (logo bought from another company though). No fancy stuff, mostly html and a bit of javascript.
In July 2010 they ditched my design (never told me why) and cut me out of the loop. A company contacted me and demanded to get the credentials to log on to the server and update the website. Since it was hosted on my private server for free I told them that I could not give them access to it. After a while they just redirected the domain to a new site (which looks kinda horrible and “newbish”) that can be seen at the same address as before, http://www.handigaman.com/.
This project still isn’t published at the time of writing this but it’s mostly done and waiting for the site owner to fill it with data. It’s a simple webshop built using ASP.Net MVC. All code and design was made by me.
Pengsjögården is still one of my favourite design that I’ve made myself. One of the managers there happen to know me and called me one day and asked if I could make them a simple homepage which I agreed to and it didn’t take me more then about 4 hours to make the simple (but for their purpose perfect) design, fill it with information and register the webhost and domainname. They took to updating the page themselves a few years ago and the only thing I really told them was “Don’t use Frontpage when you edit the page” and the first thing they did was load it in Frontpage which sadly enough destroyed the layout completely. They don’t seem to care about it though.
This site was built somewhere around 2003 mostly for the youth section of the church where I spent quite a lot of my time. It got outdated in a few weeks and no one would supply me with information so it died quite fast. Then during the summer of 2006 they asked me about it again and I said that it were where it always been, on the address they’ve been paying for for three years. They wanted it up and running again with updates quite often so I saw a perfect reason to start developing my Beaver Management System (a regular CMS, beaver style!) which is not also discontinued.

CrazyBeaver Software 2.0 was my old layout which I used from 25 December 2004 until somewhere in the middle of March 2007 when the server suffered a harddrive crash and it was lost. It was built using various of my scripts and components and was extended bit by bit until I felt it was time to replace it by this current design.
